1. Creating a Mailinglist

  • First, create a mailing list by clicking New Newsletter on the right of the screen.


Click the green icon next to the mailinglist you just created. Here you get a number of options:

  • Manage Adresses: Here you can add/remove/edit any e-mail addresses in your mailing list.
  • Edit Newsletter: Here you can write the mail you would like to send to your mailing list.
  • Send Newsletter: Use this to send the mail you composed in 'Edit Mail'. You can send a test-email before sending the definitive version
  • Archive: See the history of mails you sent.
  • Remove Mailing list: Remove the current mailing list.

2. Manage Addresses

If you would like to delete an address from a mailinglist, simply tick the checkboxes next to those you want to remove, and then click Remove Selection

3. Edit Newsletter

In this section you can create the newsletter you would like to send. You can use simple text or use the make-up options available in the menu above. HTML formatting is also possible when working in HTML mode (click the HTML button in the menu).

4. Send Newsletter

  • Subject: The subject of the newsletter you are about to send.
  • Sender: The email to wich people can reply if they have any questions/remarks regarding the newsletter. Be sure to use an existing e-mail address here!
  • Send a test newsletter: Ticking this box will allow you to send just one newsletter to an e-mail address of choice, so you can check the layout of the newsletter you just created.

5. Managing Addresses

5.1 Adding Multiple Addresses

It is possible to add a whole list of email addresses to your mailinglist. You can simply upload this list from your PC. Accepted is a file (e.g. .txt files), where the email addresse are seperated values.

  • e.g. test@…; test2@…; test3@…

you can also use another seperator:

  • e.g. test@… , test2@… , test3@…

If you export your contacts from outlook, ";" will be the standard seperator. For exporting your contacts to a txt file (or another file with seperated values) in outlook, take a look at the MS Help site:

5.2 Adding a Single Address

You can add a single address by clicking "Add one address" in the main newsletter screen.
