better support for 'blog sites'

Reported by: erwin Owned by: erwin

Description

The blog admin tool is currently to difficult for sites that only have 1 blog.

New blogs can be added on the first screen (not needed) and the main blog can be deleted (disaster).

A solution?

- add a setting to go straight to the blogentry screen

- ...?

The blogadmin is currently integrated (or at least it has many parallel concepts) with the CMS admin. The audience is in many cases different, though. I think we need a completely separated admin-interface for blog-administration. As a matter of fact, different admin-clients should be able to be plugged in/out into different projects. This simple blog-admin page probably does not need GWT?

  • priority changed from minor to major

If a user has only one blog, show him directly his blog entry screen instead of the overview screen.
